  Catherine was the victim of alleged assault & threatened violence: For an assault upon Catherine Sallaway the wife of Edward Sallaway. Outcome Pleaded Not Guilty; On Trial Acquitted The accused was the wife of John Hughes, waterman. 13 January 1807 pleaded not guilty. 13 April 1807 on trial acquitted.
